What this space is

These are small, guided group conversations for people who want a space to:

  • Pause

  • Reflect

  • Speak freely

  • Or simply listen without pressure

There’s no judgment here. No fixing. No expectation to have it all figured out.

Who this is for

This space is for you if:

  • You’ve felt emotionally drained or confused in a relationship

  • You find yourself overthinking conversations or situations

  • Something didn’t feel right, but you can’t fully explain why

  • You feel like no one really understands what you’re going through

  • You want to talk, but don’t feel safe doing it elsewhere

How it works
  • 5–8 people per circle

  • 60–90 minute sessions

  • Online (to begin with)

  • Guided prompts to help you open up at your own pace

  • You can share, or just listen
